Welcome Welcome to the Minnesota State Association of Narcotics Investigators web site. MSANI is an organization that consists of licensed law enforcement officers and prosecutors from around the state of Minnesota. MSANI was established in the 1980's. Membership is over 300 and continues to grow. Preamble The Minnesota State Association of Narcotics Investigators is an organization which includes active licensed federal, state, local law enforcement officers and prosecutors whose responsibilities for their respective agencies includes drug investigations. The goal of the Minnesota State Association of Narcotics Investigators is to increase communications between officers involved in drug investigations within the state of Minnesota. This professional organization will allow for sharing of intelligence information, training issued, legislative issued, and promote free exchange of new concepts, techniques and equipment that is available for narcotics investigations in the state of Minnesota.
