The following by-law is proposed to change and will be voted on at CanAm 2023:

“The regular meetings/conferences of the Minnesota State Association of Narcotics Investigators will be held once two times per year (revised 2022 2014) at a location designated by the Executive Board.  These meetings will be held at various locations around the State of Minnesota.”
