The fee for the conference is $250 (paid through BCA Training).
FOOD ONLY option available:  $100 meal package (no rooms). 

• Single Occupancy (private room and private bathroom)-$205.44 attendee/night (2 night grand total $518.36)
• Double Occupancy (sharing a bedroom/bathroom) -$168.41 attendee/night (2 night grand total $426.76)

• GVL requires full payment per participant, along with the completed registration form, to secure lodging accommodations.

  Please note: The participant deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is not canceled prior to 4:00 PM CST on Monday, May 11, 2026. Any cancellations received after 4:00 PM CST on Monday, May 11, 2026, as well as no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.

  In the event a guest within the group block modifies their reservation dates or departs earlier than their originally scheduled departure date without making those changes prior to 4:00 PM CST on Monday, May 11, 2026, the difference between nights stayed and remaining nights reserved will be charged to the credit card on file.
