The Minnesota State Association of Narcotics Investigators is co-sponsoring with the Midwest Counter Training Center (MCTC) to hold their Fall Training Conference September 10-11, 2019 at the Arrowwood Resort & Conference Center in Alexandria, MN. Participants will learn the many dangers of fentanyl laced products and how to maintain officer safety while conducting drug investigations. Participants will also learn how cell phone analysis can assist in their cases.
